What "AliExpress finds" means
The searches around AliExpress spreadsheets are about finds. Google suggests "aliexpress spreadsheet finds", "shoes", "clothes", "lego", "telegram", "reddit" and "pdf", in the US, Spain and France alike. The format is familiar: a creator collects AliExpress listings they like, groups them, and shares them.
The difference from the rest of this site is the platform. AliExpress, Alibaba Group's international marketplace, ships to most countries itself. You don't paste these links into Usfans; you buy them on AliExpress. Usfans sheets on our homepage point to Taobao and Weidian instead, which don't sell abroad.
AliExpress finds are bought on AliExpress; no agent in between.
Telegram, Reddit and PDF lists
Spanish and French users in particular search "aliexpress spreadsheet telegram". Telegram channels post finds daily, often with affiliate links and discount codes. Reddit threads move slower but have buyers reporting what arrived. PDFs are snapshots that go stale quickly as listings change.
| Source | Strength | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram channel | Fresh deals, daily | Affiliate links, look-alike shop pages |
| Reddit thread | Buyer feedback | Old comments on changed listings |
| PDF list | Easy to save | Dead links and outdated prices |
Wherever the link came from, check that you land on aliexpress.com before logging in. The same habit protects Usfans buyers; our clone-site check lists Usfans look-alikes.
Lists are pointers; check the domain and the live listing.
Shoes and clothes
Shoes are the top category in English suggestions, clothes in Spanish ones. AliExpress listings use the seller's own size chart, which may be Chinese, US or EU sizing, sometimes mixed in one table. Measure your foot in millimetres and compare garment measurements in centimetres with clothes you own. Buyer photos in reviews are worth more than the listing's studio shots.
Many shoe and clothing finds use the names and logos of well-known brands. Goods that infringe a trademark can be seized at the border in the EU, UK and US, and buyer protection doesn't refund a seizure. Our shoe sizing notes apply equally to AliExpress listings.
Measure, read buyer photos, and avoid copied logos.
Reading an AliExpress listing behind a find
A find in a list is one person's pick; the listing is where the evidence is. Before ordering, look at four things on the live page. First, the store: how long it has been open and its rating over recent months. Second, the variant you're choosing, because some listings bundle very different products under one link with a low starting price for the cheapest option. Third, reviews with photos from buyers in your country, which also show realistic delivery times. Fourth, the shipping option and estimated delivery date, which can differ by variant and by warehouse.
- A price that jumps when you pick a size or colour usually means the headline price was for a different item.
- Reviews that mention a different product name suggest the listing was reused.
- Spanish and French buyers can filter reviews by country to see real delivery times to them.
Store age, the exact variant, local reviews and the delivery date decide it.
PDF finds lists in Spain and France
"Aliexpress spreadsheet pdf" and "finds" are stronger in Spanish and French suggestions than in English ones. A PDF list is handy offline but frozen in time, and AliExpress listings change prices and variants often. Use a PDF to shortlist, then open each listing and check the store, variant and delivery date before paying. If the PDF came from a Telegram channel, check that its links lead to aliexpress.com rather than a shortened link to an unfamiliar site.
Shortlist from the PDF, decide on the live listing.
Building-block sets
"Lego" shows up in every region. AliExpress sells many sets from Chinese brands with their own designs, often compatible with standard bricks, and those are legitimate purchases. Sets sold as copies of LEGO-branded models infringe trademarks. Blocks are dense and heavy, so check shipping cost on large sets.
Own-design sets are fine; copies of branded models aren't.
Buyer protection, duties and delivery
AliExpress offers buyer protection for items that don't arrive or don't match the description, handled through its dispute system within the protection window shown on the order. Keep messages on the platform and open a dispute before the window closes.
Since 1 July 2026, EU parcels up to €150 pay a €3 customs duty for each item category plus VAT, and an EU handling fee of €2 per item is due by November 2026. In the US, every parcel has owed duty since the de minimis exemption was suspended in 2025. Country details are in our guides for Spain, France and the US.
Use AliExpress protection, and expect duty on every parcel now.
AliExpress or Usfans?
| AliExpress | Usfans | |
|---|---|---|
| Where products come from | AliExpress sellers | Taobao, Weidian, 1688 sellers |
| Who ships | Each seller or AliExpress | Usfans, from its warehouse |
| Photos before shipping | No | 3–5 free QC photos |
| Combining many sellers | Separate parcels | One parcel, 90 days of free storage |
For one or two finds, AliExpress is simpler. For a larger haul or items only sold on Taobao and Weidian, compare the combined cost with the shipping estimator.
AliExpress for quick single finds; Usfans for bigger, mixed hauls.
FAQ
Do I need Usfans for AliExpress?
No. AliExpress sells and ships internationally with its own checkout and buyer protection.
Where do AliExpress spreadsheets come from?
Mostly Telegram channels, Reddit threads and creators' PDFs. Nobody at AliExpress checks them.
Are AliExpress building-block sets legal to buy?
Sets from brands with their own designs are. Sets sold as copies of LEGO-branded models infringe trademarks and can be seized.
Is AliExpress cheaper than Usfans?
For one small item, often yes, because there is no second shipment. For many items from different sellers, an agent's combined parcel can work out cheaper.
What do AliExpress parcels pay in the EU?
VAT, and since 1 July 2026 a €3 duty for each item category in parcels up to €150. AliExpress usually shows these at checkout.
