One search, three intents
About 300 people a month search for an Amazon spreadsheet, and Google's suggestions split them into three groups. "Amazon spreadsheet clothes" and "shirt" are shopping lists. "Clone fragrance" and "clone" point to lists of perfume dupes. "Of purchases", "of orders" and "download" are people who want their own order history in a spreadsheet. A fourth group, "fba" and "flex", is about selling or driving for Amazon and falls outside this site.
None of these involve an agent. Amazon sells and delivers locally, which is the main contrast with the Taobao and Weidian finds on our Usfans homepage.
Clothes lists, dupe lists or your own orders: work out which one you need.
Clothes lists from creators
Clothing lists are the shopping side of the term: basics, workwear, gym wear and seasonal pieces from Amazon, grouped by a creator who usually earns a commission through affiliate links. That's normal and disclosed on good lists. What matters is that Amazon listings change: the same link can switch sellers or variants, so check the seller, the size chart and recent reviews on the live page before buying.
- Prefer listings with recent reviews that include buyer photos.
- Check who ships the item; delivery and returns differ between Amazon and third-party sellers.
- Use the size chart in centimetres or inches rather than the letter size.
The list is a starting point; the live listing decides.
Fragrance dupe lists
"Clone fragrance spreadsheet" lists match perfumes sold on Amazon under their own names with the famous scents they resemble. Selling a fragrance that smells similar is generally lawful; using the original's name, logo or a copied bottle is not, and such products can be removed or seized. A good dupe list names the dupe brand clearly and describes the resemblance without implying it's the original.
Own-brand dupes are fine; anything copying the original's branding isn't.
Exporting your own Amazon orders
The largest group of searches is about personal records: "amazon spreadsheet of purchases", "of orders", "download". Amazon no longer offers the simple order-history report it once had; at the time of writing, the way to get a full record is to request a copy of your data from Amazon's account and privacy pages, which arrives as downloadable files you can open in Google Sheets or Excel. Menus move, so search Amazon's help for "request your data" to find the current path. Once exported, add columns for category, return deadline and warranty end; the same layout works for agent hauls, as our SHEIN haul template shows.
Request your data from Amazon, then build your own tracker on top.
Amazon's protection vs an agent's
| Amazon | Usfans | |
|---|---|---|
| Who sells | Amazon or marketplace sellers | Taobao, Weidian and 1688 sellers, bought for you |
| Protection | A-to-z Guarantee on third-party orders | QC photos before shipping, plus your card or PayPal |
| Delivery | Local, often days | International, typically one to several weeks |
| Returns | Local return process | Best handled before the parcel leaves China |
Amazon trades price for speed and easy returns; an agent does the opposite.
The same item on Amazon and through an agent
Clothes lists often include items that also appear on Taobao, sometimes from the same factories. The price gap looks large at first, but the totals narrow once everything is counted.
| Cost | Amazon | Agent order |
|---|---|---|
| Item price | Higher | Lower |
| International shipping | Included or local | Paid by you, by weight |
| Import duty and VAT | Already in the price | Paid at checkout or on delivery |
| Returns | Local and simple | Before shipping only, in practice |
| Waiting time | Days | Weeks |
One item rarely justifies the agent route. Five or six items in one parcel often do, if you're happy to wait and check photos instead of relying on returns.
The agent route pays off with volume and patience, not for a single piece.
Affiliate links in lists
Most Amazon clothes lists use affiliate links, which pay the creator a small commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon requires creators to disclose this, and good lists say so near the top. An affiliate link isn't a warning sign, but a list that hides it, or that sends you through several redirects before Amazon, deserves less trust. Check that the final page is on your country's Amazon domain before signing in, and be wary of lists that ask for your email address before showing any links at all.
Affiliate links are normal; hidden ones and redirect chains aren't.
When an agent route makes sense
Some items on Amazon clothes lists are Chinese-made products sold at a mark-up. If you're patient and buying several things, finding the same item on Taobao and ordering through Usfans can cost less, but you pay international shipping and duty yourself and lose easy returns. Use the shipping estimator to compare, and read the Usfans review for fees. US buyers should also read our New York guide, since every parcel from China now pays duty.
Only worth it for several items when you can wait and don't need returns.
FAQ
What is an Amazon clothes spreadsheet?
A creator's list of Amazon clothing links, usually sorted by style or price, often with affiliate tags that earn the creator a commission.
Are fragrance dupes legal?
Scents sold under their own brand that resemble a famous perfume are generally lawful. Products that copy the original's name, logo or bottle infringe trademarks.
How do I get my Amazon orders into a spreadsheet?
Amazon lets you request a copy of your data from its privacy and account pages; the order history arrives as files you can open in a spreadsheet. The option's location changes, so search Amazon's help for 'request your data'.
Do I need Usfans to buy from Amazon?
No. Amazon delivers locally. Usfans buys from Chinese marketplaces that don't ship abroad.
Why might an Amazon item cost more than the same thing on Taobao?
Amazon prices include local stock, fast delivery, returns and import costs already paid. Through an agent you pay those costs yourself and wait longer.
