Two agents with a French following
France is Usfans' second-largest market, and Rizzitgo is one of the agents French buyers review most. That makes this a common comparison in French communities. Rizzitgo takes six photos per item, asks for a shipping deposit and stores items for 60 days. Usfans takes 3 to 5 photos, stores items for 90 days, and adds a Spanish interface and lines aimed at Spain, France and the US.
Below we compare their terms, explain the shipping deposit, weigh six photos against three to five, and cover French taxes and moving links into Usfans.
Both serve France; photos and storage time separate them.

What the shipping deposit means
Rizzitgo asks for a deposit toward international shipping, which is settled when you actually ship. For buyers, that means a little more money paid upfront and a balance to keep track of. It isn't unusual among agents, but it's worth understanding: check how the deposit is calculated, whether the remainder is refunded or kept as account credit, and what happens if you cancel. Usfans charges shipping when you submit a parcel.
Understand exactly how the deposit is settled before ordering.
Six photos against three to five
One or two extra photos can make a difference on detailed items, showing both shoes, a bag's interior or a logo close-up without having to ask. For simple clothing, 3 to 5 photos usually cover what you need. At either agent, request specific angles when something is unclear, on the day the photos arrive.
Extra photos help on detailed items; targeted requests close the gap.
60 days against 90
Rizzitgo's 60-day storage suits buyers who order a parcel's worth of items at once and ship quickly. If you collect over a season, Usfans' 90 days give more room. Remember that your parcel can't ship until its slowest item arrives, so a slow seller eats into the window for everything else. At Rizzitgo, plan to ship by about day 45.
Quick shippers are fine at Rizzitgo; slower collectors prefer Usfans.
French taxes and delivery
French parcels pay 20% VAT from the first euro and, since 1 July 2026, a €3 duty for each item category in IOSS parcels up to €150, whichever agent you use. Choose a line that collects taxes upfront to avoid handling fees at the door. Our Paris guide covers this, and French readers can start at Usfans, c'est quoi ?
Taxes are the same at both; pick a tax-inclusive line.
Where Usfans fits better
Spanish speakers get a translated interface and a fast line to Spain; US buyers can choose lines with duties included. Usfans' longer storage helps slower collectors, and reviewers praise its packing and support.
Longer storage and Spanish support favour Usfans for many buyers.

Comparing a real parcel
French reviews praise Rizzitgo's shipping prices, and Usfans lists duties-paid DHL lines to France quoted at about five to ten days. Compare the same parcel at both with taxes included, using each agent's line prices, and our shipping estimator.
Let a real French parcel settle the price question.
Support and trust
French buyers describe Rizzitgo positively in many reviews, praising photos and prices. Usfans' reviewers describe human support available around the clock, but its Trustpilot score was suppressed after a fake-review sanction, so read detailed recent reviews rather than its score. French readers can find a summary in Usfans avis. With either agent, start with a small order paid by card or PayPal.
Read detailed reviews and test with a small order.
Coupons and deposits together
At Rizzitgo, a shipping deposit and coupons can interact: check whether coupons apply to the final shipping charge and how any leftover deposit is handled. At Usfans, coupons apply when you pay for shipping at parcel submission. In both cases, compare the final total with and without a coupon before choosing a line.

Spanish buyers
If you're in Spain, Usfans' interface in Spanish and its fast line to Spain are strong reasons to choose it over a France-focused agent. Start with la línea española de Usfans.
Spanish buyers have extra reasons to pick Usfans.
Testing the photo difference
To see whether six photos beat three to five for your orders, buy the same kind of item, ideally shoes or a bag, through each agent and compare what the photos show without any extra requests. Note whether you needed to ask for more angles at either. For simple clothing, you may find the difference negligible; for detailed items, the extra photos may save you a request and a day.

Which to choose
Choose Rizzitgo if you want six photos per item and ship quickly. Choose Usfans if you collect more slowly, prefer Spanish, or want duties-paid lines. French buyers also compare BBDBuy; see it for another France-focused option.
If photos and speed matter most, lean towards Rizzitgo; if time and language matter most, lean towards Usfans.
